Online: This is the preferred method using our secure shopping cart. Your order will be automatically tallied and shipping costs added as you proceed through the catalog. Then proceed to check out and enter your credit card info.

Payments by credit card or money order will be processed immediately. Personal checks must clear before shipping.

Sales Tax: Orders shipped within New York State will be charged appropriate sales tax.

Confirmation of your order will be sent by e-mail within 24 hours along with shipping info.

Back orders: We have a deep inventory of most fish, but all sales are on a “first come” basis. If we run out an item, you will be given a choice of back ordering or refund.

Substitutions: We will never substitute without customer’s approval.
